Background

After spending 14 years as a bedside ICU nurse and seeing firsthand the consequences of less-than-ideal lifestyle choices, I wanted to focus on preventative health care. I believe health care should be proactive, not reactive.

Life and Hobbies

I enjoy doing hot yoga, hiking, and spending time with my family. I am married with 3 children, and I live in Candler.
