You'll get plenty of time with your provider and care team to review your full health history, talk through your goals, and build a personalized care plan together.
Regular visits, preventive screenings, and chronic condition check-ins are scheduled ahead of time so nothing falls through the cracks. Your specialists are looped in and we coordinate everything so you don't have to.
Day or night, before you head to the ER, call us (yes, even on holidays). Your Hopscotch care team is one call away and ready to assess what's going on, get you a same-day visit if needed, and keep you home and safe whenever possible.

You can switch at any time. There's no penalty for changing primary care providers, and we handle the records transfer for you.

Yes. Your new doctor will review all current medications at your first visit and ensure nothing is interrupted.

That's exactly what we're built for. Our care teams coordinate across specialists so you don't have to manage it alone.

Typically, 20-minutes or 40-minutes, but we don't rush. Your provider will have time to actually listen.
