"I was made to be a primary care physician. I like listening, gathering information, and solving mysteries."
Background
Looking back, I know I would not have been happy in any other career but medicine. After college, I spent time in Canada, Australia, and New York City before finding my way to Western North Carolina, where I knew I perfectly belonged. I have spent my career doing what I love most: getting to know patients and their families and working side by side with them to find the best solutions to their healthcare concerns.

Life & Hobbies
I live in Asheville with my spouse, Dr. Karen Ross, who also practices with Hopscotch in Weaverville. We have three grown children, Sam, Luke, and Anna, as well as a border collie named Ben and a bearded dragon named Apollo. I love hiking and exploring the beautiful North Carolina countryside with family and friends. Fun fact about me: I am a very fast typist!
