Our story
We founded Hopscotch to transform rural healthcare across America through exceptional primary care. Most of our team came to Hopscotch with deep experience in healthcare and a deep belief that we could rebuild healthcare as it should be.

To make this happen, we knew we were going to have to build something brand new. Our company was built on purpose and mission. We leverage strength in the communities we seek to serve, combine it with our skill and expertise, and then partner with incredible doctors and care teams who deliver great care to patients.

To us, the name Hopscotch represents the simplicity and accessibility we believe healthcare should have and restores the fun, nimble quickness, and passion to an industry otherwise known for complexity and burden for so many.

We believe that when you invest in culture, commit to values, and hand good people possibility, great things happen.
